Hello everyone,
How’s the late summer? We hope everyone is always healthy and happy.
Yesterday, on Saturday, September 9th 2023, Group Mori had a dorayaki making event.
What is dorayaki? Dorayaki is one of Japanese popular treat, a pancake filled with red bean paste as its most popular flavor but other sweet flavors also exist.
We had a really interesting conversation while making dorayaki.
Hopefully, this event will not only boost the Japanese conversation skills but also the skills in making Japanese treat.

残暑の候、いかがお過ごしでしょうか。皆様にはお元気でお過ごしのことと存じます。
昨日2023年9月9日（土）、グループ杜ではどら焼き作りを行いました。
どら焼きとは？日本の代表的なお菓子の一つで、あんこが入ったパンケーキです。
どら焼きを作りながら、私たちは実に興味深い会話を交わした。
このイベントが日本語の会話力だけでなく、日本のお菓子を作る技術も高めてくれることを願っています。
